Introduction and Objectives:Highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) A virus H5N8 was detected in far east Asian countries during 2014 and emerged in late 2014 in European countries.Wild and aquatic wild birds, especially wild ducks, who are migratory birds, are considered to be major contributors to the spread of disease.The emergence of a novel H5N8 virus with the capability of infecting humans could have drastic consequences to global health.materials and methods: Newly emerging diseases are important veterinary and medical problems, one of which is the A(H5N8) avian influenza virus. This disease is extremely important due to the large economic losses of the poultry industry as well as the negative consequences on human health. The cause of this disease is the a type influenza A viruses that the H5N8 strain has caused the recent epidemic of the disease, so it can spread rapidly and cause many birds to fall ill. Some of them only infect birds, and some in addition to birds, they also cause human illness, which is why super acute influenza of birds is known as zoonoses and the fight against it has become very popular in the world.Discussion and conclusion:Travellers and residentsof affected countries should follow the advice provided by experts around reducing exposure to poultry and wild birds.The purpose of this article is to provide information on the prevention of the spread ofA( H5N8) influenza to prevent a higher risk. Therefore, the continuous monitoring of all high-level influenza viruses is important to monitor their occurrence and evolution. Therefore, in order to fully assess the risk posed by these viruses, increasing information on this disease is critical.
