خلاصه مقاله:
Introduction andObjectives:Bird flu is a type of viral disease that is caused by the Orthomyxooviridae family. Has been known since the late 19th century and has caused a sporadic but serious outbreak among the poultry. The virus itself has three types A, B, C. Type A is subdivided by H and N antigens. The viruses that are isolated in the tests are from virus A and from the subtypes H5 and H7.There are many examples of large-scale economic losses that occur in Iran and abroad, which indicate the importance of preventing this dangerous disease. The purpose of the HI test is to get information from the titer obtained from vaccination against the flu virus to get an understanding of the correct vaccination during the breeding period.Materials and Methods:In this research, blood samples were taken from 20 broiler farms in Garmsar County. Blood sampling was carried out in broiler flocks of 0 to 10 days when the inactivated vaccine (or killed vaccine) was received .At the end of the breeding period, at least 20 specimens were collected from broiler farmsSamples were sent to the relevant laboratory and the HI duplicateinfluenza test was performed. Conclusion:Interpretative titer from vaccination at the end of broiler breeding, with an acceptable titer for vaccination of about 4 and the headings below 4 means that the correct vaccination has not been made. In general, 10% of the flocks did not have a good titer due to lack of proper vaccination, and the rest of the flocks had an acceptable titer.
