Abstract:
A new bio-sorbent (LDH Zn/Al @Fe3O4 @Tyrosine) was synthesized and applied for extraction of tramadol drug from biological samples. The bio-sorbent was characterized by -rayX diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. This bio-sorbent was used for extraction of tramadol from complex matrices such as plasma and biological samples. A capillary gas chromatography with flame ionization detector was applied for determination of tramadol in human plasma. The calibration curve for direct injection of tramadol standard solution was in the range of 5-1000 mg L–1, and for extracted tramadol solution in the range of 5-500 µg L–1). The LOD and RSD of themethod were obtained 0.5 ppb, and 7% respectively. The maximum sorption of tramadol under optimal conditions pH( = 8, sorption and desorption time 5 and 15 min respectively, acetone as desorption solvent, amount of nanosorbent 20 mg and ionic strength 0%) was achieved.
