Abstract:

One of the important issues in the development of cities is the attention to the risks existing in construction projects. Construction has had significant environmental impacts. Building on the number of construction projects in Iran, green building construction is a useful way to reduce environmental risks. The purpose of this study is to use decision techniques for risk assessment in green building projects. Due to the complexity of risks, the combination of SWARA and COPRAS is introduced by introducing risk assessment criteria. Case studies in this study are green construction projects in Amol. The results showed that the lack of information for new green technologies, the durability of green materials and proper project planning were the main dangers of green building projects. The results can help managers in green building projects in developing countries to better manage risks and reduce environmental degradation
