Abstract:

Background and Aim: How does environmental factors contribute to the Genome: Epigenetic parameters have prominent role in the regulating of gene that results from the effects of our foods and beverages. New science of Nutrigenomics has deduced from Epigenetic. The CpG islands and methylation of DNA, performs the attributed functions after down regulation by specific nutrients. Methods: Articles published by PubMed selected from discovery of miRNA in 1993 followed by the present time. This presentation reviews the epigenetic parameters and Its abilities. Conclusion: The methylation cause selected nutrients with dual function contribute to MicroRNA and consequently to the DNA. The ongoing process is responsible for the development of probable harmful results like Malignancies and other chronic disorders such as obesity and insulin resistance (IR), that would be appear at the level of new nucleotides. In fact, the performed methylation or Ubiquitination of genome are responsible for fifth Up to ninth new emerged nucleotides that would include changes by consumption of some nutrients. On the other hand, intake of such Phytochemicals
