Abstract:

It has been shown that the spin precession could generate electromotive force (emf) inwhich the induced electromotive force has been considered as a real-space topological pumpingeffect. It has also been reported that the magnitude of the electromotive force is independent ofthe configuration of the localized moments. Meanwhile it was demonstrated that the rigiddomain wall (DW) motion, which takes place below the Walker field, cannot generateelectromotive force in magnetic systems.In the other words spin precession plays the central role in the induced electromotive forceof this type of domain wall dynamics. However, in the present study it has been demonstratedthat this is not the case for deformed Dws. Based on real-space topological pumping approach,the Berry curvature based model of the DW electromotive force is developed for the deformedDWs in the present investigation. It has been shown that the electromotive force can also beinduced by rigid motion of a deformed DW. We demonstrated that the induced electromotiveforce fully depends on the DW bulging. Meanwhile results indicate that the DW deformationleads to generation of the electromotive force both along the axis of the DW motion and normalto the direction of motion.
