Abstract:

In this research work, potentiometric technic was used to measure acidic dissociate constantof glycyl aspartic acid (GLY-ASP) at temperature 25, 30, 35, 40, 45°C and in 0.1 mol/l ionstrength of chloride sodium. Using this data, we calculated the thermodynamic properties ofGibbs free energy (ΔG), enthalpy (ΔH), and entropy (ΔS) GLY-ASP. All analyses on data werestudied in pH=1.5-11 and in the aqueous solution. Results indicates that the value of ΔGincreases by temperature growth regarding, and ΔS is negative and ΔH value is negative for thefirst and second ionization and positive for the third ionization.
