Abstract:

Supplying steam to a superheat steam is the process in which the superheat steam returns toits saturation or the superheat steam temperature decreases. In most applications, the superheatsteam is reduced by reducing the temperature Saturated conditions. Usually, in order to reducethe superheat steam temperature, the temperature drop below 3 ° C is considered to be higherthan saturation, because temperature control is not possible with saturation temperature. Thistemperature often consumes losses before consumption, and the viscous saturated vapor willreach the consumer. Steam superheating in the presence of water in the steam is not possible andthe heat increase will evaporate the droplets of water. In order to reheat, the saturated vapor mustpass through a heat exchanger. This converter can be a secondary part inside the boiler orsuperheater Separately, the heating element can also be a hot gas outlet, or a separate burner.Superheat steam is used in certain applications, for example, in steam turbines, superheater steamis used to pass nozzles and to the rotor to the rotor, which leads to rotor rotation. Since therequired energy is supplied only by steam, therefore The steam output from the rotor will haveless energy.
