A STUDY OF CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS ON THE PERFORMANCE OF IRAN TENNIS FEDERATION (IRITF)

This study analyzed data from a survey of 100 Iranian tennis communities in order to identify some of the critical success factors as primary measures for evaluating the effect of these factors on organizational performance in Islamic Republic of Iran’s Tennis Federation (IRITF) and the secondary measures of athletes’ performance in IRITF. A questionnaire was designed and distributed to 100 Iran tennis communities and the respondents consisted of directors, managers, coaches and athletes.
