Assessment of Trace Industrial Estates on the Socio-Economic Expansion (Case Study: Iran)

Growth and development with the optimal focus in industry, would allow to ameliorate of the socioeconomic status of people. The industry sector has become a leading indicator in addition to the other fields of material produce. Thus, take the vitally important role into account which this sector can carry in the process out of socio-economic expansion in our country (or rather major step forward) and notably, emerging arkets opportunities, special attention to this issue and study of subsequent impact, is of the great significance. The present study aims at analyzing industrial estates of key provinces of Iran, so that to show off the transparent perspective of performance in active industrial estates in these areas and subsequently this provides an optimal approach in the status quo regarding the socio-economic expansion of the statistical population. This inquiry was evaluated by using multivariate regression method in the periods of 1122-26. The results indicates that the variables of number and area of industrial estates has a positive and significanteffect on job creation (and more urgent: sees the SMEs through) and makes productive investment in our statistical population. The results are positive and significant in consolidated approach too.
