Most of the time people give more attention to the new ideas. The idea can be related to any of domains such as health care, education, business, etc. Those new ideas at first look are very interesting and a few people start to think about the problems of the ideas. Economic crisis can affect most of the businesses. This very simple to know that if one business affected by the economic crisis or any other issues, other depended business or industry will be affected too. By searching for the industrial parks, many of closed or abandoned factories can be listed. Each of these closed factories was a new idea in the past and many workers worked there. Various reasons such as lake of management or marketing, government policy changes may cause a factory closure. Many resources have been used to develop and run a factory in industrial parks. At this point a question arises in the mind: what can we do to change the situation.
