At the moment, joining countries to the world class societies is inevitable. The only way that remains for countries is reinforcement from two dimensions. First, the macroeconomic and macroeconomic decisions, and the second dimension is microeconomics and internal policies. Moving towards world class has transformed relations between countries and governments and has rapidly created sophisticated links between cultures and human societies. What is considered in this context as an influential axis is the consideration of human elements and components. The purpose of study is to describe the CSR human resource policies that organizations need to consider if they would like to move in world class path. This article addresses the measurement of socially responsible human resource policies from academic and professional points of view. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has made great progress in recent years in the theoretical realm, showing its importance through different perspectives such as the institutional theory, the stakeholder approach, the theory of legitimacy, and the process of shared value. However, from an empirical standpoint, more research is needed to provide new indicators and evidence of testing socially responsible policies on business performance. This paper with contribution of a panel of academic experts aims to devise a set of socially responsible human resource policies and demonstrate the indicators which are related to each policy,
