Abstract:
Due to the increasing progress of various industries progress of variousincreasing progress of various industries and their need for electricalloads (active and reactive loads), the correct prediction of short-termelectrical load is vital for the continuation of the work of these industrialunits and other centers with the need for electricity. In this paper, giventhe regional electricity needs, it is possible to predict short-term load, forexample, to carry out various maneuvers for issuing various permits, forexample, for repairs or periodical visits conducted by the dispensing unitand the technical transmission office and other units. Considering thatvarious network-related calculations, such as broadcast and short-circuitcomputing, are used the related software is developed using Python’sprogramming language and two-layer neural network algorithm in orderto obtain more accurate results of this software in regional electricity.This software is capable of receiving and sending the results to the relatedsoftware and it can also be used independently to predict the load by otherusers.
