In this work, a chemical machine has been designed and manufactured in which its motive power is supplied by a chemical reaction. This car (machine) has several exclusive features. It is started and controlled solely by chemical reaction occurred within car's reactor and does not use any electrical and mechanical tools such as actuator or timer for its starting and stopping. Fuel used in machine is considered as a green fuel; because the products of reaction are water (steam) and oxygen which In fact, are vital gases for living creatures. Considering apparatus as a solid control volume, machine movement is simulated mathematically. Results obtained from simulation and experimental data have been analyzed. Comparison between experimental data obtained from machine movement and predicted values from theoretical modelling, allows one to conclude the agreement is very nice. Finally, owing to machine flexibility and economical aspects, it can be used for many applications.
