خلاصه مقاله:
Here, a self-collimating multilayer stack has been considered to achieve self-collimation-based collimatorfor incidence angles below 70o in a broad range of solar spectra from 325-1000nm for p-polarization. The structureis composed of SiO2/TiO2 layers with lattice constant of a=80nm and thickness of 0.5a for each layer. The maximumdeviation angle of 43o from ideal self-collimation has been achieved for the group velocity in the proposedbandwidth. Plane wave expansion and finite difference time domain methods are utilized to investigate theperformance of the structure as a flat collimator for Si-solar cells.
