In recent years, the use of renewable energy such as wind and solar energy has rapidly increased in micro-grids.Because of the uncertainty of wind speed and solar radiation, the scheduling of wind turbines (WTs) and photovoltaic(PV) plants are difficult in micro-grids. In this paper, a multi-objective probabilistic energy management system isproposed to find the optimal set points of distributed energy resources in a grid-connected micro-grid by consideringEconomic and Environmental Criteria. For considering the uncertainties of wind and solar radiation, the 2m pointestimated method has been considered and an efficient multi-objective probabilistic energy management system ispresented. To optimize the operation of the micro-grid, an Interactive fuzzy satisfactory method is introduced to achievethe best solution for multi-conflicting objectives. Finally, the Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm is used to solvethe multi-objective problem. The results show that the proposed probabilistic energy management system can optimizethe set points of distributed energy resources with respect to economic and environmental considerations.
