The new generation of networking, towards which a lot of research has moved, is the 5G of cellulartelecommunication networks. The 4G cellular telecommunication is unlikely to meet the users’demands for data transmission despite all the advances it has had in previous generations. The 5Gof cellular telecommunications which is aimed at improving and meeting the users’ demands isbeing designed and standardized. This article aims to present an improved way to meet thedemands of the 5G. The i-FPTAS method is a selective method in this article. The results indicatethe optimal performance of this method.
