The reality of future banking would be various from nowadays banking which is called as Bricks and Clicks. As the author emphasized in his book Designing the new space ofbanking the electronic banking path will grow to virtual and VR (virtual reality) banking. But the crucial problem is to know the way of achieving ideal future or the way ofimplementing strategy of future banking scope. The implementation of future banking strategy is the root of great distance between enterprise objective and performance. The study determined connotation and research framework of the strategic implementation. With the investigation data form Sberbank of Russia as the leader bank in electronic banking, the model of strategic implementation was authenticated, and further exploration on relationship between each constituent elements of strategic implementation and strategic performance about future banking was done. Particularly, the extracted model would be so applicable for our banking managers and policy makers
