خلاصه مقاله:
In this study Cu(Mo)-30vol % Al2O3 nanocomposite was produced by mechanical alloying of Cu, MoO3 and Al powders The structural evolution of powder particles after different milling time was studied by X-ray diffraction, EDS analysis and measurement of vial temperature. also formation mechanism of this nanocomposite was investigated.The results showed that mechanochemical reaction between MoO3 and Al took place at the early stage of milling in combustion mode and led to increase of the vial temperature and formation of nanometric Al2O3 reinforcements By increasing the milling time, the position of cu peaks shifted slightly to lower angles because of the dissolution of Mo in Cu and supersaturated solid solution of Cu (Mo) was formed as the matrix of nanocomposite Finally after 60 h milling, supersaturated Cu (Mo) matrix had a crystallite size of about 22 nm
