High strength high conductive Multi-layered Cu/Ag composites were produced by accumulative roll bonding (ARB) process using Cu and Ag strips. ARB up to 9 cycle, conductivity changes was measured by 4 probe method. Standard tensile test s were performed for investigation of mechanical behavior of ARB products. Scanning electron microscopy was used to study the macrostructure of layers and fracture surfaces.
