خلاصه مقاله:
Encapsulations of nano hematite particles into alumina and silica matrix have been studied. In order to synthesis the co precipitation method with NaOH precipitant agent has been done. Investigation of some single flux agent shows that LiOH tends to make solid solution with the matrix; furthermore it effects on the color of this system due to its reaction and looses red shade of the powder. 5 weight percent of obtained powder as the pigment were been enameled on the industrial tiles. Continuous changes in color were measured by comparing L*-a*-b* values of the powdered samples and glazes. TEM analysis on calcined powders shows some spherical hematite single crystals with diameter of 5-10 nm that were occluded with silica-alumina crystals successfully.
