Abstract:

The aim of this study was to investigate immobile stress and curcumin extract on serum glutamate oxalate transaminase (SGOT) and serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (SGPT) in male rats. In this experimental study - Laboratory male Wistar rats into 5 groups: control, immobilization stress, chronic, acute immobilization stress and the recipient of DMSO receive curcumin were divided. After 6 weeks, blood samples were prepared by heart blood sampling and the serum levels of glutamate pyruvic transaminase and glutamate oxalate acetate transaminase were measured by spectrophotometry. The data were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance. Serum SGOT level was increased in subjects with chronic or acute immobile impairment compared to the control group (P <0.01 and P <0.01), but the serum SGPT level in these specimens Compared to the control group, there was no significant difference. Also, serotonin level of SGOT in crycumino rats showed a significant increase (p <0.01) compared with the control group, but serum SGPT levels decreased significantly (P <0.01). The results showed that curcumin consumption of immobilization stress and increased levels of serum glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase requirements. Therefore, in clinical studies, according to damaging effects of immobility or taking curcumin-related biochemical changes in the glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase enzyme is important
