Abstract:
Pollen grains of one population suggested species of the genus Rubus belonging to subgenus Rubus were performed using light (LM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). In this work, 10 different pollen characters were described, illustrated and compared. All pollen grains were monad, tricolporate, radially symmetrical, isopolar, and medium in size. The shape of pollen grains was determined subprolate in the microscope and determined, prolate in the electron microscope. The apertures structure usually consists of 3 ectocolpi and 3 endospores. An endospore is located in the middle of colpi. The sculpture of the grains confirms the straight and wrinkled pattern. The suggested species is similar to and close to the R. caesius pollen morphology
