Abstract:

IntroductionFaster return to daily activities is one of the most important concerns of patients. The laparoscopic method has a major role in reducing postoperative complications due to the reduction in hospitalization time after surgery. Because of this, the probable complications of this surgical procedure are of great .importanceMaterial & Methods In this review article, we have access to 9 articles by using Google scholar search engine and Persian and English resources such as pubmed, science direct and SID. The following information was obtained ,by using data of 6 articlesResults Based on research on laparoscopic hernioplasty, cholecystectomy and nephrectomy, the rate of scar, neuralgia, and post-surgical infection shows a huge difference in laparotomy surgery. The rate of nausea and vomiting after surgery is not significantly different by both of methodsConclusion The duration of surgery for laparoscopy and laparotomy is not significantly different, but due to the decrease in antibiotic and opioid use during and after the operation, the faster onset of the patient’s movement and the reduction of the incidence of postoperative infection in the laparoscopic method it is more .acceptable
