This might happened in different kinds of tissue such as ducts and lob lung, brunch’s tissue or alveolar tissue. .The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Epidemiological risk factors of lung cancer in Qazvin Material & Methods This cross-sectional study was from 2012 to 2017 on pepole who had made an appointment to go to thehospitals of Qazvin for annual health care. This study was conducted by trained personnel with a standard questionnaire containing questions of risk factors of cancer, demographic factors and physiological factors. Then the data are given to spss software and logistic regression &chi-square test analysis were .performedResultsIn this study (participants with a mean age of 54.23 ± 5.29)), the youngest person was 35 and the oldest was 75 years old. Most people were in the age group between 45 and 55 years (60%). The average weight of participants was (6.7 ± 52), the maximum and minimum weight was 108 kg and 45 kg respectively that most people (59%) were in the weight categories of 60 to 80 kg. 70% of people with lung cancer havesmoking family history of the disease and 32% of them had a history of dyspnea disorders, between this disorder and lung cancer risk was not statistically significant co-relation. In this study, only 23% of men were married and most men were married before the age of 28(51%) The mean marriage age was 6 ± 27, the highest age for marriage was at the age of 38 and between the age of marriage and the cancer, particularrelevance was not found. (P = 0.22). In this study, only 16% of people were without smoking and 11% of them had no history of lung disease, 35% of them didn’t have full tobacco consumption history. Only 15% of them were smokers, 10% of them were alcohol consumer.14% of the subjects had a history of cervix and vagina cancers, that a significant relationship with lung cancer was observed (p = 000).thesignificant correlations between the lung cancer and factors such as discharge of chronic hemorrhage (p ≤. /001), family history of lung cancer (p ≤. /000- ), age (p = / 003), weight (p = / 001) economy, abortion .and history of lung cancer on other lung were observedConclusion. The results indicate prevalence of 66% of risk factors for lung cancer in men in Qazvin .In this study there was a significant relationship between smoking, stress and cancer too New risk factors such as lung pain, lymph node swelling, lack of lung dyspnea were listed which therelation of this kind of epidemiological factors have never been discussed in any study. These results indicate the urgent need for suitable health services and immediate screening for prevention of this disease .in Qazvin
