چکیده Paper:

Introduction: Cancer is basically a disease of uncontrolled cell division. Cutaneous melanomas are comprised of multiple biologically distinct groups, which differ in cell origin, age of onset, clinical and histologic presentation, pattern of metastasis, causal role of UV radiation, predisposing germ line alterations, mutational processes, and patterns of somatic mutations. Cutaneous malignant melanoma is currently the most fatal of skin cancers accounting for 50000 deaths annually. The incidence of these lesions has increased dramatically over the past several decades, at least in part as a result of increasing sun exposure and/or higher detection rates resulting from vigorous surveillance. One of these methods is the direct targeting of cancer cells by nanoparticles. This makes it important to check its toxicity. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the expression of Bax gene following the effects of manganese dioxide on cells obtained by melanoma and inducing cell death.Method: In this study, 20 female Balb / c mice were used After transplantation of the mouse tumor of adenocarcinoma to their bodies, the mice were randomly divided into two groups and every single week of injection of Manganese dioxide nanoparticle at day and time was determined. Then, the expression of Bax gene was measured. the expression of BAX in tissues of 50 patients with melanoma cancer.were assayed and compared using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction method. Result: The use of magnetic nanoparticles in medicine has led to the development of targeted therapeutic and cancer-related therapies and can reduce the complications of chemotherapy in patients. The results of this study showed that when nanoparticles of manganese dioxide are injected into mice, this nanoparticle induces apoptosis in melanoma cells in the mouse.
