Clarification of personalized medicine application in HPV disease treatment

Introduction: cervical cancer is the most common cause of death in recent years, and infection to HPV, especially type 16 and 18, is the most important reason for this transmissible disease through sexual activities. In recent years, vaccination has a major role in prevention of HPV in two-third of high risk patients; but recently, recognizing patients among their genomes to clarify their potential susceptibility for HPV is more critical. Methods: In this review study we just analysed some experimental studies focused on importance of implementation of personalized medicine in process of HPV treatment.Results: studies showed that there are a growing rate of developing HPV test but targeting those genomes extracting showed viral gene E7, or Oncogene, at the site 17q21, 3q27, 7q35, xq28 are involved in this infection.Conclusion: The extracts of these studies demonstrate that HPV E6/E7 mRNAs with siRNA could effectively wreck their expression and induce apoptotic cell death in HPV-positive ones.
