Abstract:

Introduction:Today, epigenetic mechanisms are considered as key mechanisms for cancer screening. On the other hand, many environmental and lifestyle factors, including infections and dietary habits, have been considered for the development of a wide range of human cancers with epigenetic changes. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of infections and dietary habits on epigenetic changes in cancers through a systematic review of published articles.Method:The databases Google scholar, Science Direct, Pubmed, Scopus were searched using the keywords infection, dietary habits, methylation DNA, noncoding RNA, histone modification, cancer .First, the title and abstract, and necessary, the full text of the study papers and related articles were selected. Results: In the initial search, 370 articles were retrieved which, after meeting the entry and exit criteria, 40 papers were selected for this systematic review from the time period 2000-2018.These studies have shown that HCV,HBV,EBV,HPV,Helicobacter pylori infections play an important role in the development of cancers, including hepatocellular, nasopharyngeal, cervical, gastric and causes in P16,H1,miR-21,HOTAIR,P53and others.in examining dietary habits, taking salted tea, taking low folate and consuming a lot of meat and salted preserved foods can cause gastric, colon, prostate, esophageal cancer by making important epigenetic changes in MGMT,APC,CDX2,P14,...Conclusion: Conclusion:Nowadays, due to the increasing prevalence of cancers associated with infections and dietary habits and,on the other hand, the impact of dietary habits and infections of cancers is sometimes associated with epigenetics changes.By finding articles in this area,we can find the mechanisms of epigenetics has been found to prevention, diagnosis and cure.
