In this paper, the technical and economic study of flexible pavement and concrete pavement is discussed. Since the purpose of this article is to compare these two types of road pavements on mountain roads, Chaloos Road Information is located in the north of Iran to calculate and simulate the data. Simulation of pavements in ABAQUS software is done. An economic assessment has been made in two types of pavements, taking into account the summer and winter seasons, and considering maintenance costs for each pavement. Implementing costs include the total cost of initial construction and the cost of repair and improvement during the life of the pavement. The results showed that the concrete pavement is technically and economically preferable to asphalt pavement.
