Abstract:
As organizations undertake the deployment of ERP systems , concerns are growing about its impact on organization and people occupying jobs and roles in it. The implementation of an EPR system can have a dramatic effect on the style structure , and culture of the organization when this occurs work redesign is inevitable. moreover many organizations have install ERP system but most of them are not aware of the total costs associated with it, and they only consider the costs related with the software acquisition. this article identifies other costs related to ERPsystems during their life cycle.
