Abstract:

To find out the function of the heart (and not its anatomy) nuclear medical images are used. Nuclear scan of the heart is performed with three main goals, to check blood flow to the heart, muscle injury and quality of pumping blood from the heart to the body (nabzema, 2017). Each diagnostic radiopharmaceutical is based on a specific reason aggregates in our target Organ, and the activity density of this radioactive drug in Organ can be indicative of Organ’s performance. From radios, we checked the Tc labeled drugs needed for imaging, Tc-PYP (technetium -pyrophosphate) and Tl-TlCl (thallium chloride) and Technetium – Tetrofosmin. For fluorine, we consider the radioactive FDG. The type of accumulation mechanism of each of these radiopharmaceuticals and the efficacy of each of them and the type of imaging that can be done with any of these radio medicines has been investigated, and we will examine each of them in terms of dose that it exerts to heart.
