Abstract:

هدف این پژوهش تعیین تاثیر خستگی محیطیبر ویژگی های زمانی تصویرسازی ذهنی در شناگران ماهر و غیرماهر بود. تعداد 30 شناگر مرد (15 غیرماهر و 15 ماهر) در دامنه سنی 18 تا 24 سال به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند و مدت زمان تصویرسازی آن ها (بینایی درونی، بینایی بیرونی و حرکتی) در شنای کرال سینه 100 متر، قبل و بعد از خستگی محیطی (تمرین شنای آزاد با شدت 70 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه تاحد واماندگی) اندازه گیری شد. داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس مختلط در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد تحلیل شدند. براساس نتایج، دقت تصویرسازی ورزشکاران ماهر بیشتر از غیرماهر است و خطای زمان بندی در تصویرسازی حرکتی بیشتر از تصویرسازی بینایی است. خستگی، خطای زمان بندی را برای هر سه نوع تصویرسازی و هر دو گروه غیرماهر و ماهر افزایش می دهد. نتیجه اینکه کنترل زمان بندی تصویرسازی در شرایط خستگی برای اثربخشی مداخلات ضروری است.
