Background: While ovulation-induction drugs are increasingly used in the women with infertility one concern is that hormonal surge may increase the risk of certain cancers particularly gynecological malignancies .The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of fertility drugs on The incidence of ovarian cancer in women is the case group Methods: A descriptive study was performed on 400 patients in two groups of 200 patients. The first group was from patients referring to a reliable infertility center in Shiraz from 2007 to 2010 , which used at least one fertility drug And the second group, which is the control group, is referred to obstetrics center in the same city, including patients who have been pregnant in the normal course of time without taking medication within the same time frame, in the form of questionnaire developed in accordance with the principles of the question Lettering and Validity and Reliability Criteria were reviewed Results: The results of the questionnaires completed through interviews with patients in both groups were analyzed by statistical software, which resulted in a 1% increase in the incidence of the case group compared to the control group. There is no significant increase in the incidence of medical findings between the two groups. ( 0.05
