Here, we overview our last achievements in the case of type 2 diabetic (T2D) complicationsincluding glycation-induced protein aggregation arisen from hyperglycemic and oxidativecondition to change protein structure from friend to foe. Most importantly, the conditionmight be brought about a progressive neurodegeneration as type 3diabetes (T3D) emphasizedon sporadic Alzheimer’s disease (SAD) which is likely to be related to unhealthy lifestyle orenvironmental-genetic factors interactions with high prevalence and growing trend. Incontrast to SAD, the familial Alzheimer s disease (FAD) is linked to the autosomal genemutations. Moreover, molecular interference in the range of exacerbation by seeding andmembrane effects and amelioration by interfering small molecules are discussed.
