Abstract:

After analysis and scientific studies in the various rail mobiles such as monorailurban and inter urban train andtechnical test of other data associated with safety problems, at first about the deviation of wheels with respect to theexit of high deviation of wheels occurs from factors like final tension, cycle of melting the wheel connections andalso capitally cracks in wheels and wheel connections and makes accident with analysis of dimensions of speedweight and path and friction and opposed and disposed forces for movement in mobile paths by sensors have thecapability of sensing all wagon wheels and recognize the deviation of wheels, with respect to the co nclusion thatwill declare to the processor system, the processor system is responsible for making decision and giving warning ofpossible dangers. With recognizing the direction, immediately is deleted by system and keeps distance from the railthat this work courses to pretention of overturn and keeping the equilibrium of train. In this article, meanwhile thestudy of extra professional with subject of article and publications and with objective of execution and whatevermore safety, the early idea, has p assed the research investigation stages and at first in the introduction section meanwhile the general definition of safety and its history has dealt with existing challenges and safety points, the keens ofdefects has been analyzed and then in the introd uction the importance of subject has been discussed and studied invarious economic political contrail areas and in explanation of description, has referred to general description andhas been received specific attention to approach and main and managemen t of talents and it relationship with subjectand algorithm definition of actions method in executive researches and finally to computer application in railindustry and to conclusion that are being obje c tively politics in establishment of safety and strat egic in networksubstructures.
