Evaluation of Financing Methods and Choosing the Most Appropriate Method Based on Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) (Case Study:Mass Housing Projects in Kerman City)

Due to the dominant poverty and the lack of financial savings in most developing countries, the domestic facilities in such countries are insufficient to raise capital in order to realize development goals and to do infrastructure projects, which is why most of these countries are forced to provide their capital requirement deficits from other sources. In this study, different financing methods and the selection of the most appropriate one for the mass housing projects in Kerman city are evaluated. In this regard, after studying the background and literature of the subject, a questionnaire was designed and its validity was first determined and then for reliability, the questionnaire was provided to experts in the field of construction management. The statistical population of this research has included all experts and employers of mass housing projects in Kerman city, of which, a number of 148 people of them were selected as the statistical sample by using simple random sampling method. For analyzing the data, it was used from Expert Choice software and AHP method. The results of the study showed that among the financing methods, the project financing method is of the highest importance. Based on the results of the sub-indexes final score, the highest score has been assigned to the project future earnings index.
