Abstract:

One of the appropriate methods to improve the quality of manufacturing process is to analyze process capability indices. These indices can be applied for designing acceptance sampling plans. Acceptance sampling plan is a method for quality inspection of products and decision-making about their rejection or acceptation that can be designed using different approaches. In this paper, we introduce a double sampling plan based on process capability index based on Bayesian inference. In this paper, Metaheuristic method has been used for estimation of model parameters and then model is solved by estimated parameters based on Metaheuristic method and financial risk management. Producers can analyze the performance of the process in order to achieve the required quality level for the consumer using process capability index. First the average sample size of double-sampling plan is obtained. Finally, the results are analyzed in different scenarios based on Metaheuristic method and classic method.
