Feasibility Study of Designing Water Amusement Complex and its Effects on Tourism of Shoushtar City

Tourism importance and its immediate relation with economic development is an issue which has been paid attention nowadays all over the world. Considering existing potentials in the country and the shortage of amusement, accommodating and servicing spaces, requires more validating. In order to achieve this goal we have decided to provide ideal conditions for making safe environment for the citizens tired of daily activities and mass tourism. This research is a descriptive-analytical study and of the applied kind of research. The statistical population of this study covers all citizens living in Shoushtar, from which 384 people were questioned directly. After collecting the field data through questionnaire instrument using SPSS software the raw data areanalyzed by the statistical software and after being processed they were delivered to the users. For analyzing the collected data, the descriptive statistics was presented in both forms of descriptive and inferential. In this part of the research at first the Sociological status and features of the responders are studied and then the variables are described. For this purpose, the research variables are described and categorized and the most important descriptive indices are studied which according to the yielded results it can be concluded that through substantial planning and executing tourism comprehensive plans the urban development, tourist attraction and making calm environment for keeping away from daily tensions will be feasible.
