Investigating the legal system governing the violations of the art community in international law in relation to Iranian law

Many international and domestic laws and regulations for literary and artistic writers have identified intellectual property rights. Some of them are permanent and some others have limited the period of protection of intellectual property. In the case of related rights (adjacent) some international conventions and treaties have not fundamentally addressed intellectual property rights and the laws of countries that In particular, related rights have been limited to certain cases.
