Abstract:

This research was purposed with aim of identification of rolatile compounds of Hoplophyllum bakhteganicum. The aerial parts of Haplophllum bakhteganicum were collected in the Bakhtegan mountain. The hoplopllum has been introduced to most pharmacopoies as a herbal medicine. Today, the active ingredients of this plant have reduced Blood pressure and capillary strengthening, as well as penetration of capillaries. The oils were acquired by Hydridistillation using clevnger type apparatus during roughly 3 hours and analyzed using gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) technique. GC and MS getting paired was a best technique for identification essential oil in this plant. The oil ingredients were recognized by collection of their mass spectra whit chem-station and wily 275 GC-MS library and in addition by comparing them with those reported in the paper. Eleven components were Eugenol (33.33) Isocomene <(B)-> (5.12) , Isoeugenol acetat <(z)-> (2.31) , indicating 33.519 of the total components detected. Accordingly, 36.1 percent was monoterpens including 5 cyclo monoterpen, eugenol (33.33) and iso comene <(B)-> (5.12) were the chief components in this oil.
