Management of Risks in Supply chain Projects

Outsourcing and globalization have increasingly led to higher supply chains complexity. This affects the risks, revolutionizing it and changing its location in supply chains. This paper outlines the general structure of the risk management process in a network environment. The primary objective is to describe how a company could manage and assess the risks associated with networking.
