Validation and reliability of the earthquake crisis management risk evaluation questionnaire at the accountability phase

The purpose was to investigate validity,reliability and structure of confirmatory factor of this questionnaire.In a correlation scheme,data from200crisis management experts were collected by random cluster sampling.The reliability of the questionnaire was studied through internal consistency and correlations of the substance collection and its validity was verified using correlation between subscales and the confirmatory factor analysis.CVR,CVI were equal to0.62and0.82,respectively,indicating the validity of the questionnaire.Also the subscales had a favorable internal consistency and there was a good internal relationship between them.The results of the factor analysis of this test confirmed the6main factors of the first order including structural,treatment,relief and rescue,security,health and support factors.The earthquake crisis management risk evaluation questionnaire at the accountability phase is a desirable tool for identifying and evaluating the risk of natural disasters,planning properly and carrying out preventive measures in the crisis management phases
