Every year, many people are burned, half of which occurs in children and young children. Although major advances have been made in treating burns, many burn injuries have long been overtaken by survivors. Burns are classified into three levels in terms of severity of damage to body tissues:First class burns that only damage the surface of the skin and its sign is only a burning and reddening skin. Second degree burns, in which the subcutaneous layers of the skin are damaged, with pain and burning and blisters. Third grade burns that completely damage the skin and its underlying tissues, such as muscles and bones, may also be damaged and often require transplantation and surgery.Types of burns:•Grade 1 •Grade 2 •Grade 3 •Chemical burns .Electrical burns Burns Grade 1:Surface burns is the slightest type of burn that affects only the outer layer of the skin, epidermal. The causes of this burn is a mild flame.Grade 2 burns:Medium intensity burns only affects the epidermis and part of the dermis (but not all of the dermis) and does not damage the underlying tissues. This type of burns is like the first degree burn with a relative thickness. The causes are hot liquids (such as boiling water or hot tea) on the skin, flames, severe sunburn, and so on.Grade 3 burns:Third grade burns all skin thickness, ie epidermis and dermal, is degraded, and may even affect deeper damage and affect subcutaneous tissues (fat, muscle and bone).
