This is a case report of a 20-year-old woman who has been referred to the Nilsar Wound treatment center with a sever burn injury grade 2 and 3 in the chest and abdomen with flammable material.The topic of the report is using the new treatment methods in burning wounds.The main purpose of treatment is to reduce the duration of treatment, reduce complications (burning sensation, pain, secretion, infection) minimizing burns scars, reducing the need for graft.The method used includes hydrotherapy of the surface of the wound and the creation of effective hydro balance and use of antibacterial & antiseptic agents with new dressings (hydro clean plus, silver, PHMB, gel sheath).The result is scar presentation, infection treatment, discharge reduce, burning sensation reduce and finally, no need skin graft in the Grade 2 and 3 burns.
