Results: In our study a total of 106 patients out of 246 with testis cancer were diagnosed with seminoma and non-seminoma tumors. Mean age was 30.25 in seminoma and 28.54 in patients with non-seminoma. The mean size in seminoma was 5.23 cm and in non-seminoma was 4.84 cm. necrosis was detected in 29 cases with seminoma and 59 cases with non-seminoma. The involvement of spermatic cord in seminoma was just present in one case and 2 patients with non-seminoma. Involvement of tunica abuginea was in 22 patients and 35 cases with non-seminoma tumor had this. Tunica vaginalis involvement was detected in one case with seminoma and 5 cases with non-seminoma. Also 7 seminoma had involvement of epididymis and 5 of non-seminoma had this too, Involvement of spermatic cord was present in 4 cases with seminoma and 7 cases with non-seminoma tumors. Vascular invasion was reported in 11 cases with seminoma and 17 cases with non-seminoma. The mean level of BHCG was 90 in seminoma and 416 in non-seminoma, the mean level of AFP in seminoma was 252 and 221 in non-seminoma, and the mean of LDH level in seminoma was 551 and 494 in non-seminoma. At all there was just found an association between level of BHCG and non-seminoma tumors. Conclusion: In comparison of specifications such as age and tumor size and pathologic features there were no significant differences between seminomal and nonseminomal germcell tumors.
