Diagnosis one case of fungal Keratitis and treatment

Fungal keratitis is a serious disease which can cause blindness. This article introduces a case of fungal keratitis and diagnosis based on pathological examinations and successful treatment with corneal transplantation.Patient introduction The patient is a 45-year-old man and a trailer driver who referred to the Alavi educational center of Tabriz University with severe pain complaints, photo-phobia, redness of eyes and water from the left eye. During the clinical examinations he was admitted and treated for corneal ulcerConclusionFungal keratitis can be caused by the presence of necessary areas, such as eye corneal injury by a variety of fungi. Negative direct testing in patients provides further investigation for the diagnosis of fungal keratitis
