خلاصه مقاله:
This paper evaluate and determine power system security and congestion level in competitive electricity market structure that properly include system security constraints and voltage stability limits in IEEE 24-Bus test system and a local area network of Iran. This evaluation is based on security constrained continuation sensitivity-contingency based VSC-OPF market clearing model. Maximizing social welfare along with Maximizing distance to closest critical voltage stability point and determination of power system security and congestion level indices based on loading factor without violating of system security constraints are the results of this evaluation. On the other aspects of this evaluation are locational marginal prices and nodal congestion prices
