Moist dressings, debridement, wound offloading and infection control are standard therapy or standard of care (SOC) in the management of DFUs. Human Amniotic membrane has used for improvement of healing in some wounds. Biological dressing was introduced as a gold standard for temporary covering of wounds. The application of human amniotic membrane (HAM) to chronic wound care management, deep traumatic, non-healing wounds has proven successful at stimulating re-epithelialization. They showed that the application of the HAM accelerated the wound healing process, with closure of the injury and wound care management. In this article we will introduce the clinical application of several cases DFU and the treatment and wound care management of discussion.
