A new approach in dentistry by biological product

Introduction The expansion of bioactive operational additives to improve the inflammation and boost the speed of healing process is one of the great challenges in dental research. In this thought, platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) seems like a natural and pleasing alternative with agreeable outcomes and low risks. Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) has emerged as a biological instrument that can able to regulate and increase inflammation and the speed of healing process. Objectives Introducing a new and natural approach which can act as an alternative therapy method in dentistry.Methods In this study, we selected 1 patient who had Breaking down of the jaw bone. PRF was obtained from 20 cc blood by centrifugation. The patient was received PRF in combination with allograft powder and evaluated after 3 months.Results The result showed a statistically significant increase in augmentation and improvement in the jaw.Conclusion The using of PRF can influence the rate of healing and time of improvement in clinical results
