In order to reduce the severity of injuries to pedestrians in vehicle -pedestrian collisions , the european commission is discussing to make the pedestrian protection as a mandatory rule for all new vehicles ;therefor, the european enhanced vehicle-safety committee performed some test regulations thea show the capability of vehicle in order to mitigate the intense of impact that caused by collision between pedestrian and the fron part of the vehicle.
